One of my worst on-off fevers so far
It all started on Monday afternoon. We had our project defense during our only lunch time. It was great news that our defense went well, but we had classes afterwards so we needed to attend class and wait for one and a half hour before we could be able to eat something.
That's where it all started.
Take not that I didn't eat breakfast that morning ^^; On the class after our defense, I started to have stomachaches and I felt kinda nauseated x_x Fortunately nothing series happened in the entire day ^^; but I still didn't feel very well. I couldn't focus on anything x_x so during a group meeting that evening, I requested my groupmates for me to leave earlier, because my body might suddenly give in ^^;
So I went home. Did whatever I needed to do. Did some things in advance even. Then an hour before I went to bed (which is around 11 or 12 in the evening ^^;) I suddenly realized that I have fever ^^;
So before I slept, I turned off the aircon, then shivered like a puppy in the rain while wrapped with my blanket ^^;
Then Tuesday came . . .the fever's gone! But I was wet . . .from sweat ^^: I purposely made myself sweat as much as I can ^^; It's one of my methods in eliminating fever ^^; But I still feel cold x_x So I wore a jacket the entire day ^^; I never took it off. So most likely some people had thought of me as crazy for wearing a jacket even under a burning sun ^^;
but I still had stomach aches and felt nauseated during that day x_x I also had colds and cough . . . a terrible cough! So I also hurried in going home ^^;
At home I had confirmed that my fever had definitely returned ^^; but I still got so many things to do x_x so I did as many academic stuff as I can (with some breaks of course, if no breaks, I'll fall asleep at once). I seriously needed rest at that time ^^; but I needed to finish those stuff as well x_x so I still conitnued and I only slept some minutes before 1 am ^^;
I had trouble sleeping . . .for some reason the cold air form the electric fan irritated my nose x_x So I had to turn it off x_x few hours/minutes (can't estimate . . .it was dark . .. how could I look at the time x_x) later my nose becomes irritated again because someone had turned it on again (most likely my dadz) so I turned it off again. That happened for like twice or thrice through out the night >_>
Yesterday morning, around 6 am I just woke up all of a sudden . . . but I felt cold and my head ached like crazy x_x My parents were already awake that time and they realized that I was burning ^^; Momz checked my temperature, and it was around 40 ^^; (normal is around 36 to 37. 38 is considered bad. 39 is worse. 40 and above are of course, terrible ^^;)
It was raining so hard yesterday morning. There's flood in so many areas in the city already ^^; but there's no official announcement yet if classes in my college are suspended or not ^^; And it just so happened that I have an exam on 9:20 in the morning ^^;
When my fever went down, though my dadz disapproves, I made him bring me to school. Call me weird but I'd rather fail or attend class sick instead of missing a quiz or having a make-up one >_> Anywayz, the suspension of classes in colleges was only announced around 9:30 . . . but the exam was on 9:20 . . . so the exam continued >_>
Of course I made it. I had the energy to walk. Fortunately. But I forgot many of the stuff that I had studied. And I didn't understand a lot fo stuff. For sure I fail on that one ^^; Hopefully my previous exams with fair marks would be able to make up for it ^^: If not . . . well, the project's the only hope. Oh yeah, did I mention that the exam I was referring to was Probability and Statistics? Which means Mathematics? Which is one of my greated weaknesses. X_X Oh well, if ever I do take the make-up exam, as if my knowledge about it would ever change >_>
Haha. During my less than an hour stay at school (classes have been officially suspended at 10:20), I had a serious headache. My cough was terrible as well. As for my colds . . .so annoying x_x And my phlegm had been dripping on its own x_x Eeeewww. I'm sure some of my classmates have witnessed it >_> So embarassing. And when I speak, it's hard to understand me because I was either too soft, too hoarse, too fast, or combination of those ^^; I also felt kinda dizzy and weak while walking or on the stairs . . .so I needed to use extra effort in order for others not to notice . . . so you can just imagine what I was like when I reached the car ^^;
When I reached home I went straight to bed. Fever's as terrible as ever ^^; When I did things that displease her, momz usually threatens me that she wouldn't be taking care of me once something bad happens to me. But though that happened loads of times, she still took care of me xD She was there just when I needed her xD I don't need a doctor when she's around ^_^ (I'd rather die than go to a doctor if the disease has chances of beig treated at home! >_>) She looked after me, gave me medicine, massaged me (and my god it was so painful x_x it's relaxing if I'm not sick, but if I am . .. ouch! x_X) and so on.
Seriously, I dunno what'll happen to me without her ^^; I mean, I can't 100% depend on my younger brother and father when I become sick. I bet dadz will be bringing me to the hospital in that state . . which I totally hate T_T And what if those two idiots become sick? I don't actually get sick as often as they do. And their diseases have been worse than mine. What if momz is not around???? x_x . . .. nooooo . . .. I dunno x_x
Anywayz, I've officially said bye-bye to my fever last night xD But until now, I still feel kinda weak (I'm still in the recovery satge after all ^^;) and dizzy (but I can already walk around the house on my own, without exerting too much effort), and unfortunately, I've still got headache, colds, and cough -_- but not as serious as before ^^;
I'm so glad that classes were also suspended today xD Because if not, I will still go to school even if I'm still in the recovery satge (which means that the illness has the tendency to return). I need to because in my first class, we have a graded recitation, and on the following class we have a project presentation, and if I'm not present in my project presentation, I wouldn't be graded for the project at all, no matter how much I had contributed to it ^^;
Schools are such sadists ya know ^^; And I can't believe I'm willing to sacrifice my health for the sake of grades ^^;
IF SOMEONE DARES TO SAY THAT I CARE FOR NOTHING ELSE ASIDE FROM FANDOM . . . .COUNT YOUR DAYS!!!!!!!!!! T_T
Though I've already forgiven that person, I still can't forget his/her statement, which is something like:" Sapphire Pyro only pretends to be busy but is actually just focused on her anime stuff"

Anywayz, I have now confirmed that my health condition is very near to its normal state when . . . .I had started to fangirl like crazy again xD Wahehehe xD
I have learned my lesson (and hopefully will still be instilled in my mind on the followng days xD). I shouldn't stay TOO long in front of the computer ^^; My breaks should include some time AWAY from the computer ^^; And . . .I should eat breakfast ^^; (I often miss breakfast because of . .. errr . . .my lateness ^^; ehehehe ^^;)
Well, that's it ^_^ I doubt classes will be suspended again tomorrow ^^; And I still have stuff to do ^^; After I post this, I'll just take a nap. Byez! xD
