~ Spring 2009 Anime ~ Quick Impressions Part 5
Whoa . . . I've been so busy with anime recently xD Blame Spring 2009 for being so awesome xD
I think most of the anime I've been looking forward to have already aired. I can't wait for this week to end, so I can finalize my watchlist already xD It's getting longer and longer though ;_;
Anywayz, my most anticipated anime this season has finally aired! So sad that I can't watch it yet because I'm in the office =_= I shall now count the hours x_x But even if I'm here, I still watched the OP, ED, and took a glimpse at some scenes. And it was:
SO AMAZING!I love it to freakin' pieces OMG I cannot wait to watch it xD Seeing Mikage already made me teary and SQUEE from so much happiness. It doesn't seem that Studio Deen has disappointed me on my other beloved. OMG . . . it's doing a good job on both Hetalia and 07-Ghost. I'm so happy xD I am defintiely watching the raw and making a fangurl entry when I get home. Definitely. Shet . . . why so slow, time? Counting the hours is torturing me ;_; Aaaaaahhhh!!!!!!
So many anime of this season have been subbed recently. These are the ones I've seen yesterday:
@= Fullmetal Alchemist - same impressions as with the raw, it's really so EPIC AWESOME. I wish it continues that way xD I'll be trying my best to watch FMA live from now on xD Haha!
@= Shangri-La - it's actually GREAT! I applaud to this for being one of the unique shows this season. And I'm also pretty impressed that it's gonzo and there are lolis yet THERE ARE NOT PANTYSHOTS O_O That's . . . . WHOAOW! xD Yay for no perverted fanservice xD And oh, I really really love the OP song. My favorite from this season. Story and characters are pretty interesting. I'm amused with the transvertie xD But I don't like the ghey villain. Too . . . bitchy >_> My favorite is soldier boy xD LOLz . . . I really like soldier boys xD I love his interaction with the leading girl xD I hope she was older, for it to be easier for me to ship them xD LOLz! Anywayz, it's not without flaws (like, come on, what's with those many loli prodigies =_=) but it had been so impressive so this is definitely in my watchlist ^_^
@= Pandora Hearts - now that I've seen the sub . . . it's actually not as bad as I thought it had been. I love the manga to pieces so I'm still sticking to it xD It's just episode one, it has a chance to get better and better xD
@= Natsu no Arashi - this show isn't that bad actually. It's got time traveling stuff and I like how the events, together with the time travels, had been fitted together. The idea on how the op will be like is actually pretty creative but the way it was presented and the song used were just so damn horrible =_= BUT the ed had been good. I like it. Anywayz, in short, it's actually remarkable in a way, but it's not the type I would want to look forward to every week >_> So yeah, I had to drop it.
@= Saki - three major things I hate about this show: (1) why the heck is there only ONE guy in a mahjong club? Aren't the guys more addicted to gambling stuff? . . . or are most mahjong players really women? (2) what the freakin' hell is with the Nodoka fanservice? I see how big her boobs are so often x_x (3) are they planning to do some lesbian fanservice on this? Saki is so into Nodoka. What the heck =_= BUT I really enjoyed the game parts in the series, even if I still don't get how to play the game ^^; and I am impressed on its way on how to present a genius here. The prodigy isn't the one who always wins, but the one who can lose on purpose but with the same score! That's just so cool xD For favorite characters, I like the president, for she reminds me of Code Geass's Millay xD haha! I don't think it'll be included in my top favorites but since some stuff here have been interesting, I guess I'll watch more of this. I look forward to the transformation crack stuff xD Wahahahah!!!
@= Valkyria Chronicles - Favorite fantasy war series this season xD It is indeed as good as I expected xD The story had been interesting. Characters are likable so far, except for the girl with the pink bow/ribbon =_= Why the heck did she work for patrolling if she's freakin' scared of shooting and being shot? =_= She's annoying. She's in my hate list. Damn damsels-in-distress. But even if a pest like her is in this series, I'm still totally watching more of this. I look forward to the crack. ED promises it xD LOLz TO CHIBI PIG WITH WINGS!!! xD Hahahahaah!
