Yes, it's sort of HSM but with more quips "I'm Beyonce! I ain't no Kelly Rowland!" and less Disney. Okay, it may be a little cheesy but hey, what do you expect from a feel-good tv series? XD

The studio song doesn't do the performance justice. Lea Michele, the actress who plays Rachel (WHO HAS TWO GAY DADS! I actually watched that scene again to make sure that I heard correctly. XD) is a Broadway singer! She has a freakin' awesome voice!
