Title: Pressure Points
Rating: PG
Spoilers: Episode tag to “One Of Us”
Summary: Charlie’s neck is sore from sleeping on the wrong angle and so Claire massages it for him. Short and sweet and unashamedly fluffy.
Disclaimer: ABC’s Lost isn’t mine so kudos to them and also some major kudos to pacejunkie who helped me think of the title!

( Charlie slowly undulated his head on his shoulders. His neck made a series of impressive cracking noises and Claire winced. )

Fluff can be fun - it helps you stop getting depressed about the angsty stuff on show at least.

Sometimes it's so incredibly painful to go back and read some of your first stories. - you don't have to tell me! Have you checked out any my old stuff on faithandtrust? I've just started re-posting my 2007 stuff on there. Eventually I'm hoping to just post my fic on there as I write it - once I've caught up to myself first of course =P

I'd love to read some more fluff - heaven knows we need it atm!

Aww, so adorable! I think that was great that Claire was giving Charlie a neck massage after he'd spent so long by her side. It was so adorable & wherever this idea came from I hope you go back there & get more ideas like this

Ahem. As for the story, it was meant to be hinting at a little bit more but I knew from the start that nothing interesting (per se) was going to happen in this. Just fluffy, wonderful goodness. Strange stuff for me - this fluff - but you're right, it doesn't taste half bad =D

Ordinarily, I avoid fluff like the plague, but this was just too damn cute to resist. It's nice to see a happy fic of these two, especially considering recent developments and their rather bumpy history. The witty banter was perfect - in character and hilarious. Awesome job!!

I'm such a walking contradiction with my fics. I've done everything from tooth decaying sweetness like this to super angsty darkfics where I've killed off four main characters inthe space of a week in Lostverse and then finished it with a suicide. So I'm glad that you liked this, despite not being a fluff fan - as a general rule, I'm not either.

I'm so proud of my C/C banter - I've often been complimented on it so thank you ^_^
