Schedule
I just got my class schedule for next term...oh my god does it suck! I'm in class for ELEVEN hours on Thursdays and nine hours on Tuesdays...AHHH!!!
Here it is:
Nov. 28-Jan. 18
Monday: 1:30pm-7:30pm - Intro to Cake Decorating & Petits Fours
Tuesday: 8:00am-9:55am Baking Formula Technology
1:30pm-7:30pm - Intro to Cake Decorating & Petits Fours
Wednesday: 1:30pm-7:30pm - Intro to Cake Decorating & Petits Fours
Thursday: 7:00am-11:00am Baking Formula Technology
1:30pm-7:30pm - Intro to Cake Decorating & Petits Fours
On Jan. 19, Hot & Cold Dessert Presentation takes the place of Intro to Cakes. Winter term is seriously going to be hell. At least I get to sleep in on Mondays and Wednesdays. It's just such a crappy schedule! I can't even really go home inbetween classes since it would be suck a waste of gas. *sigh* Oh well.
