School starts in 20 days!

Six of my Loyola classes transfered which means I only have ten classes to take over three terms. And only six of those classes are full 7.5 credit classes!

Here is my propsed schedule:

Introduction to Career Management

Term 2

Hot & Cold Dessert Presentations
Intro to Cake Decorating & Petits Fours
Baking Formula Technology

Term 3

Advanced Cake Decorating & Classical French Tortes
Chocolate and Sugar Artistry & Showpieces (I am soooo excited for this one!)
Food & Beverage Cost Control

Term 4

Externship or Coop
