Dear Museum Patrons Purchasing Bottled Water on the Third Floor,
I know the water isn't cold. How do I know? Because there is a sign on the front of the door clearly stating "this water is not cold." I want to believe you can read, but sometimes I wonder. Or maybe you're in too much of a hurry to notice bold letters on an item you wish to buy. Stop complaining and read a sign for once.
Oh, and another thing...stop telling me the water is "hot." It isn't hot, it's room temperature.
Sincerely,
Christine
