Mid-week in FW
Omigosh, an update
So I was in Ft. Wayne for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday this week. Here's what I did!
Tuesday- Hung out in the morning, killed tyme until it was tyme to leave. I didn't want to get to town too early as I did not have a key to Doug's (and my former) apartment. Drove to FW, forgot my toothpaste so I had to run to Meijer to get some. Spoke briefly with Sean about his something-dwarf Spider foe. I'm gonna have to ask him what the dude's name was again when I'm koherent and he's online. Then Doug kalled me up and we had a key made so I had access to the apartment. Yay! We then proceeded to eat some yummies at Cheddar's, and then I went to the mall for a while. Found an awesome gift for my good friend Kevin! It's a t-shirt entitled, "The History of the Mustache" (use your imagination). I then returned to The Ranch to view some straight up brilliance with Grindhouse. That was a great movie to watch with a friend who fynds things like that just as hilarious as you do. :)
Woke up Wednesday, slept fucking late. Pried myself out of bed at, like, 11:30 and went to the mall to buy the mustache t-shirt for Kevin. I did not know his shirt size the night before, so I delayed. I ate some Zesto's (yum) and then went to Auburn to see Kelly and Colin. I got to meet their new doggy, J.D.! He's super kute and looks a little like Spuds McKenzie. He bit my nose after I ate Taco Bell. It was surreal and painful. The angle by which he did it is like this: Take your hand and make a little alligator mouth-y thing with it. Turn it so it's "looking" at you. Advance hand and klamp down on nose, with thumb under nostrils and top fangies on the bridge. Ow, indeed. :) While I was there, Heather kalled me up and she, Doug, and I went to get some ice kream at Atz's. It was delicious...and we talked in the parking lot after we were done. After that I don't remember an immense amount, except for piktures from Doug's trip to Newport News, VA and a few smoke alarms going off. :)
Woke up Thursday thinking, "Shit, did I oversleep!?" but I did not. Ate Egg McMuffins and went to my guided imagery session which did not kontain any guided imagery, just talky-type therapy. And I felt much better about my kurrent situation with Jordan. I'm really happy about that. :)
Went to the mall (AGAIN) and exchanged a shirt I bought for Lis bekause I didn't realize it was a youth medium (don't ask how I fucked that up lol) then I drove back to Hammond. Ate mostaccoli with Mom and Dad. Played with Boo Boo and Danni. Balanced my checkbook, filled out a rebate form.
Oh man, isn't this play-by-play got you on the edge of your seat, people?
Now I'm at my sister's house, on the internet. and I am painfully tired now. Here I go to bed. zzzzz.
