Relaxing Weekend
This weekend has been rather relaxing, or should I say I'm just slacking and not wanting to finish up with my packing.
My house will be doing some renovations starting June so have to pack away all my beloved stuff. I threw away a lot of sold stuff which I forgot about their existence, such as my Sailormoon & 家有贱狗 manga.
I watched the old Indiana Jones movies over this weekend. I borrowed the DVDs from my colleague. I really love it, especially The Last Crusade. It's just lovely to relive these old shows once in a long while. Wait. Maybe not all old shows. Movies like Ben Hur or Ten Commandments are probably shows I won't want to watch again. I vaguely remember watching them as a kid, and nodding my head off towards the end of it.
Oh, that brings to mind something! I'm not sure if any of you guys here have watched before those old Chinese movies such as The Butterfly Lovers and 江山美人? My late grandma used to watch these shows and I probably have watched these a few times, but never in one sitting. I'll watch 10 or 15mins of it, go off to do my stuff, come back to catch the ending. Then a few days later when she's watching it again, I'll watch the middle part for another few minutes and go off for a shower, and come back again later to watch the rest for it for another few minutes. :p
