Petty arguments about boys and girls
What belongs to who
He said she said and I’m going to kill him for that.

There is more to life than this
Stressing all hours of the night
For that one exam that
Will get you the A but will never be applied after graduation

There is more to life than this
Holding onto past experiences
That everyone else has forgot
And is keeping you from moving forward and on to better things

There is more to life than this
Forgetting who is important
Fighting for the ones who are not
Dealing with the same crap day after day and doing nothing about it

There is more to life than this
We need to all take a break
Every now and then to re-evaluate our lives
And make sure that we are doing exactly what we should be at that moment in time

There is more to life than this
Everyone needs to take a chill pill
And realize that everyone can actually get along
If everyone tried to and took the moment to actually care about someone other than themselves
