So here's the story...

A few months ago, I was on a trip from JFK to San Francisco and met a really fun passenger sitting in business class where I was working. She was a small Asian woman who looked like she was in about her late 30s/early 40s who was a lot of fun. She had these impressive products that she showed me and the other FA (whose name escapes me) and she said that I should come to a presentation and model the product in New York. I was like, "sure! why not?" So we exchanged info and she gave me some pamphlets and that was that. I forget all about it until one day I get a call from her letting me know that she's having her presentation coming up and wanted to know if I can come. At the time I couldn't cuz I was on reserve and if I were to get called I wouldn't want to stand her up. OK next time. A few weeks later, she calls again for another modeling opportunity. At first I was all, yes! and then turned to a quick maybe and soon became I can't because I ended getting called to work.

FINALLY last week, the day I returned from Nashville after the wedding, she calls me again about the very next day to model. Now I've called out sick from work for the last couple of days and since she's been so persistent I figured why not go another day? So I said definitely. I went there and did not expect what was coming to me. They were meeting at a Thai restaurant, nothing to fancy. Then I went to the back room and saw a presentation for the line of products by Nu Skin. At first I was like, oh shit. what did I get myself into. But she was really sweet and fun and started trying the products out on me as the model. She used the Galvanic Spa on one side of my face. It beeped every so often and she would gently pull it along my face. It came with these gels that felt nice, but I didn't think it was gonna do anything spectacular. She took a picture afterwards.

I don't have that picture, but I wish I did. The difference was there. It wasn't substantial cuz I don't have a lot of wrinkles or anything, but my skin looked smoother and more lifted compared to the side that didn't get the treatment. This had got to be a joke, right??? The presentation went on about the different benefits of the products Nu Skin has to offer and they also talked about the benefits about joining the company and making a business out of it. I don't know what came over me, but I went for it. I'm a bit impulsive, I know, but it's something you gotta see. The woman who got me into it, Wen, is one of the Team Elite who's been doing this for 22 years. She's an incredible person and really knows her stuff. She's met with me tonight with some training guides for how to get started and how to find the right people to build your business.

There is a bit of a catch. Not everyone becomes a huge success at this. In fact, many people fail. But I'm confident that I can make a little money off of this. Wen is an amazing coach and she's already given me a lot to work with. I think I know a couple of people that can see the good in this and not the negative. It's easy to think it's too good to be true. But it will get me to work hard for something for once in my life. I take the easy way out a lot and I think I'm finally gonna do something that's really worth while. This makes me feel really good about the future =)

This isn't a spambot or anything like one. This is me, 100% telling you that this is something pretty amazing. I have website already so please check it out!! It has all the info you could ever want if you really want it. Sleepytime now! Enjoy!
