hahaha i stole that from elisha, but it was necessary. these were mrs. bass' comments for me today.
"annalise, you need to keep your hair out of your face!"

"annalise! the shirt, the pants, the hair, the laughter are not working for me!!!!"
you know what mrs. bass? i'm sorry. this is all the clothing i have. i didn't have a hairband today, so i couldn't control that my hair was flying around, it just does that. it's not a brillo pad that stays in one place when you put it behind your ears. and i was laughing because it was part of our dance, we're supposed to be hyenas. so you know what? maybe if you stopped running us into the ground we could find a little spaer time and energy to actually search for things that would "help" our performance....such as the biggest t-shirts we possess. and you know what else? i'll shave my head and have my vocal cords removed. its that enough for you? have i given enough of myself to this cult yet?
