Nearly time for work. I wonder how many people will comment about the ribbons entwined in my hair. They actually look quite pretty, I just regret I don't have anything better than my phone to take pictures of it. Might don the ribbons one day someone is around with a camera. Might not though as they will be stashed away for next year although they may be too short by then. For people who are reading this and do not know what the lilac symbolises, well you obviously weren't there and need to go read Terry Pratchet's Might Watch, go read it now, do not pass go, do not collect 200 pound and do not bother to finish this post. Go NOW.
I also have my trusty towel in my bag as I will not be allowed to wear it at work but this is okay because I WILL KNOW WHERE IT IS (which is just as important). I'd like to think there is more people that me and Leigh participating in towel day in my town (I bet you any money I am the only person wearing the lilac).
Silly is getting her shoe put back on tomorrow and shod next week. Her foot is getting very hot and sore where the abcess is about to burst out. I'm hoping its going to be very soon for her sake. She's getting a lot fed up and of course I'm hurting her when I'm bandaging her feet.
I got asked if I wanted to join work's Health & Safety Circle. Heehee I am the most accident prone person there which is probably the reason I got asked! LOL! I am ALWAYS covered in blue plasters but it'll look real good on my CV and maybe I'll get balsl (eventually) to ask if I can go TS before our current manager leaves. In far too chirpy a mood for my current situation but I've dug out some more horse stuff I don't use so I'll be spending a considerable amount of time tomorrow listing stuff on ebay. Fingers crossed I can make a few pennies to tide me over. I'll be okay if I can hold out another 3 weeks.
Better make sure I'm ready for Craig as I don't have any time to spare as I start work at four!
