I like Rose's contemplation of their relationship since Christmas. While in canon this was most obviously the result of the regeneration, it also stands to reason that as two people are together longer, things tend to change.

I thought that, about the relationship changing. I just thought what a difference it would make to her if he'd never changed but she'd just started realising he wasn't exactly who she thought he was, what with SJ and Madame du Frogslegs.
