We Are The Beautiful Thieves
Had my first uni lecture today. Was pretty much just a housekeeping lecture, looking over the unit outline, clarifying required textbooks, and stuff like that. But still! Apparently I have more of this to look forward to, plus meet and greet games in tutorials. Is it geeky to say that I'm looking forward to that? Maybe it's just my inner inability to communicate first on my own, but still, I'm kind of excited to meet some new people.
Anyway, after that I went to seek out that Black Sails in the Sunset album that I have been dying for, and Dad told me yesterday to go to the Elizabeth Street JB Hi Fi, and OMG, SERIOUSLY, I FELL IN LOVE WITH THAT SHOP. Suuuuuuch a better alternative music range. They had Black Sails in the Sunset, as well as the A Fire Inside EP and Shut Your Mouth And Open Your Eyes. I almost died right there. It was too bad I wasn't willing to blow $60 at once to buy all three.
In other news, I'm am seriously resenting the fact that I have been relegated to using Internet Explorer again, as my Firefox decided to start to hate me and started becoming unresponisve ever time I opened a tab closed a tab went to a different site tried to post on a site tried to do anything. I was so fucking frustrated. At least IE is working, I give it grudging points for not crashing every thirty seconds.
I also finally listened to Muse's The Resistance. Fuck, I don't know why I didn't listen to it before. Sometimes I'm really thick. It's been out for ages. But I suppose I've been too obsessed with AFI for the last year and a half few month to really put that much attention towards it. I like some Muse songs, but I don't actually enjoy their entire repertoire, and didn't feel compelled to look at The Resistance.
Anyways. I still can't click on GPX because I've becomed to accustomed to mass clicking and can't bear the thought of doing one Pokemon at a time, and IE doesn't like opening new tabs. Silly IE. *sigh* I'm actually kind of bored with Digis. I don't have a lot to do, and playing NN all the time got old really fast. I'm not sure if I want one of the March FotM Nibbles. They have cute faces, and I adore the pretty green eyes, but I'm not big on the body design. And I didn't get nearly enough GCC last month. I got really over the freezing of Firefox making me incapable of getting to past Level 2.
Firefox has just fucked up my internets experience.
