Morning - Semi and Finals for Sculling

5am wakeup. Welcome to the real Nagambie. -_-;

My Semi was amazing. Unfortunately, I was in Semi 5 - bottom half. Obviously my timetrial wasn't great. Won my Semi, but it was just... it felt so amazingly good.

My Final was also fantastic. Best fucking start I've ever, ever done in a scull.  Alex S told me it was amazing. It felt amazing. :) I defs rated over 30. I was ahead of the pack by the first 250. I lost my lead only to Alex S, and came second, placing me 18th for sculling. I can't believe it was my last ever scull with my squad. I thought I'd cry because of how much I love sculling, but I didn't. It felt very fitting to row my last race in Lizzy though. She's my baby. I'll miss her.

The ride home was epically fun. We played Aqua and B*Witched and So Fresh from like, 5 or 6 years ago, featuring songs like "The Ketchup Song", "Don't Turn Out The Lights", "Cinderella", "The Logical Song", and other early 2000s trashy pop.

It was so much fun. We all danced outside to "C'est La Vie" (B*witched), "Barbie Girl and "Doctor Jones" (Aqua). The way back was so fun, just yelling out and dancing in the bus.

Anyway, it's only midday.

Oh! We've been hearing about all the Graduate Rower's ENTER scores. They are way fucking smart. ._. But it gives me hope for next year.

Afternoon - Seat Racing

At about 3pm, we left C.F for the lake to do seat racing. That's basically where we get put in crews, and go down a 1000 meter course rating 24. It can be a little harrowing, because after each swing, someone moves boats.

I rowed in the bow seat of the Silver Star for three swings, and then three seat of the Jacko for two. I'm almost defs Nationals at this moment. I do really want Blues, but, I'd be happy to be in Purps. As long as I'm Nationals.

I'm really enjoying being here. I feel like I'm smiling and laughing more.

Anyway, the swings felt good, and I desperately need a shower.

After I showered, had dinner. A lot of commotion with all the KK stuff!! It was pretty funny. I sort of want to join in - my KK has to be a coach - I still don't have anything!

Macca isn't doing her first challenge, which was so simple - tomorrow, I'm going to make her cluck like a chicken whenever someone mentions food, and make her dress up as a princess at dinner.

Anyway, that's about it for today. Tomorrow's another (long) day.
