Back around the beginning of the year, I wrote up a post containing the lyrics and musings on one of my favorite songs, "He's Always Been Faithful", by Sara Groves. Here are the words again...

Morning by morning I wake up to find

:P Actually I don't think the old lady'll be home. At least not between 9am and midnight or 1am. We're singing in a choir for 2 concerts (the same one, just 2 performances) up in the cities tomorrow. They're recording it so I'll have to send you a cd (when it comes out of course). It's really cool, tons of patriotic stuff! Maybe Monday would work. We're having some company (distant relative that is visiting) but I'm not sure when that'll be. I'll let ya know. We're having my "party" on Tuesday (chicken stir fry and doughnuts! :D) so I'm just gonna pretend I'm still young till then. :) Anyway, this is kinda scatterbrained, sorry it's been a looooong tiring day. Hopefully some of it makes sense. :P Oh! Kidnapping you sounds SO fun!!! I've always wondered what it'd be like to kidnap someone! :P That wasn't my idea but hey, it'd definitely be fun! :) We'll have to talk about it, I don't have definite parental permission yet but we're working on that part. :) Gotta go, have a wonderful day tomorrow! I miss you SOOO much! :)

Oh well...I was SO looking forward to talking to you...but it sounds like you're becoming too popular and famous (with CDs and all!) for the likes of your ordinary friends...I guess I'll just have to call you another day (SOON!)...check your calendar and let me know which hours are free! (And "pretend I'm still young"...PLEASE, girl! *rolls eyes* You ARE still young...and will be for a long time!

"Parental permission"! Wow...that does sound like a good plan...let me know more details when you can!

Well, even though you probably won't read this on your actual birthday...I hope you had a glorious day...despite the busyness and not hearing my sweet voice *gag*! I miss you SOOOOOO muchly!
