(no subject)
Well, as some of you might remember, a couple weeks or so ago, I posted that I was reading the book Captivating by John and Stasi Eldredge. I don't remember exactly what I posted about it, except that it brought up some interesting questions...but my end analysis of it was really...it was good, but that's about it. It's definitely NOT one my top favorite books...but I recommeded it to some people. Then today I read an interesting book review on it, found here...and it brought out some things that I hadn't really noticed about the book. Now, obviously, this book is not all bad (or at least I don't think that YET! =))...but, in my opinion, there are much better books out there...like Elisabeth Elliot's writings...!
