jesus christ, what the fuck is wrong with my neighborhood? i was sitting here doing nothing much when i heard the inevitable slap of my mailbox being smacked down (lmfao) which was fine until the van that hit it backtracked and actually stopped to inspect. this is a first and a monumental occasion. people have been knocking down that mailbox like

it's my sister's window, those little critters have commandeered her room. :)

i know! poor mailbox... well, poor was-just-possibly-stabbed-girl too, but nothing could be done for her. :/

the mailbox was just hit again and the person came back, only this time it was a man and he, too, had cuts on his body and was bleeding. i wish i was making this shit up. we're seriously considering a booby trap at this point. :P
