It Is Done.
The other night I finished the novel. Yes, the one I've been saying I was going to write for the past 8 years or so. It is almost 350 pages and I printed out a hard copy yesterday afternoon. It took over an hour and a trip down to Kinko's to get another print cartridge, but now it exists in reality.
Once I finished it, I felt like I had stepped from one part of my life into another. Now I can add "I've written a book" to the list of my accomplishments. Like, wow, man.
The next step is to edit the manuscript, get it published, and write the other two books in the series. Sounds like a lot, but if I could write this book, I can do anything.
