I really liked the ending, and the way you handled the passage of time was interesting to read. Also liked the way you wrote Niou. :)

I was worried that Yagyuu wasn't going to contact Niou at all, I'm really glad that he actually had sent him a letter! He can be so heartless sometimes, what with LEAVING without notice and not bothering to keep contact ://

I found Yukimura really endearing, watching over the squabbling children! They were some really nice friendship scenes. Nicely done, Anon-san!
