I have found the fastest, most efficient way to take a shower.
Okay, so I was taking a shower this morning, when I realized that my showers were taking too long. They were making me late for the bus! See, what I usually do is:
1. Take a minute to warm up, Mornings are usually cold in my house.
2. Start with the soap
3. Rinse
4. Follow with the shampoo
5. Apply soap to face
6. Rinse
7. Turn off shower, and dry off really really quick to warm up.
I thought hard for a while, looking for means of improvement for this process. Seven steps is too many. After some long, hard pondering, I came up with this:
1. Warm up
2. Start with the shampoo
3. Do not rinse yet
4. Apply soap to both body, AND face at the same time. This is what I call the double-whamaroo.
5. Rinse, starting from the head, and finishing with the body.
6. Dry off, and dress.
Wow! See, by applying the shampoo first, you are letting the nutrients soak into your hair while you soap the rest of your body. This, as apposed to soaping, rinsing, shampooing, and rinsing, is both time efficient, and water efficient.
Try it for yourselves, and see if you don't notice instant improvement.
