the story is starting to make a lot more sense now. I always feel as if whatever is going on is out of the reader's grasp, but things are falling into place and we can start to see the big picture now.
ty for sharing!

Thank you for reading! :')

Yeah, making sense has been a worry of mine ever since I decided to go for a nonlinear narrative. I'm glad you've been patient enough with me to stick around, especially given that I haven't been updating often. :P

*sigh* that's all I feel like doing after that... *sigh* it's so sweet, so tragic, yet without knowing what's going on in it's entirety it seems distant. Not in a bad way by all means, it fits so perfectly with the story. *sigh* your writing is fantastic. I am in love with your creativity and way with words ^^

Spurred on by new readers?? Hey I'm a new reader ^^

Yes! Spurred on in part by you. :')

Yeah, so far, it's not about 'zomg cry your eyes out', but rather a soft tranquil sort of sadness. Personally, this is probably my favorite part of the story thus far in terms of the images that I'm trying to describe. Taembb wanting to be on the other side of 62 miles of blue sky <3 haha. In some ways, the feeling of this story right now is kinda like what I had going on with my first Onho. I've gotten better at organizing my thoughts since then though.

And I think you can tell. I don't write very creative AUs in terms of plot and setting. In fact, I've been working with minimal plot. xD;; But I have fun with fleshing out certain moments in the story and with obsessing over imagery. And I guess that works for some people's taste. I do have more ambitious projects inside my head; just need to find the time...

Oh hi :D Haha, by the time I finish this story, I wonder how many times will you have had to reread stuff. But alas, it's to be expected when I can't update as frequently as I would like. I blame school for slowing me down from almost daily updates (back during summer) to my current pace of...once or twice a month. :(

Yes, university. (You?) It's a constant battle between the need to study and the desire to procrastinate. I could get away with far more procrastination back in high school. Now? Now I have to me smarter about it lest it bites into my GPA. Idk, school also seems to make me less inspired of a writer, so sometimes, even when I have a moment to sit down and write, I don't get anything done. ;A;

Oh we had a few minutes between classes too, but music, unlike classes like English or Chemistry, required disassembling and (slight) cleaning of instruments and stuff. And I remember one year I had a class right after in the opposite corner of the school one floor up. ...or maybe I'm just not good at rushing to places lol.

Wow, being made to sing. o_o Well, one of my bio teachers made late people wait outside the door (with the door shut so they basically can't see or hear anything) until she got to a convenient point in her lesson to pause and let the late-comers in. After a few classes of her doing this, no one turned up late anymore. xD

Currently not employed and I guess you could say focused on my studies. Freshman year was a breeze, sophomore year picked up the pace a little but I still didn't have to work hard. This year is the first time I've felt that a few classes are somewhat challenging.

Yes I did. It was partly theory, partly history, and partly (or mostly, I should say) actual playing. For playing, we receive a number of pieces each semester -- for fun, for band, for orchestra etc., and we are evaluated on basic technique tests and also for playing specific passages in the pieces we are assigned. Theory is evaluated using assignments & test (but the material is so basic that it's impossible to not do well on this part), history using essay & test ( ... )
