A Bit of Clarification Please!
Just so there isn't any confusion over my recent decision to spend less time with fandom related stuff I felt the need to post here for anyone that cares to read.
I went back to work full time last year and found that there aren't enough hours in day for - it, my family and fandom- at least not to the extent that I have been involved. Something had to give, and since I kinda like my family, I chose fandom.
This decision had NOTHING AT ALL to do with losing interest in my favorite shows and ship pairings. Well, okay, the decision to dump BSG kinda did. I've been fooled by MooreRon before and I ain't stickin' around to have it happen again.
As for my other shows, SGA, Bones, Heroes, Chuck... I am still faithfully watching every week AND still believe that the ships I see on the show ARE the pairings being written and the ones that will be still standing when the shows come to an end. I am waiting for the day when I can say to the naysayers, I told you so. And believe me I WILL make time for that.
So to all the nasty people who take delight in stalking me, taking verbal swipes at me, I hope you won't be too disappointed that your obsession is gone, you'll have to find someone new to harass. I do admit that I will miss making you look like the idiots you are. But then again, all good things must come to an end.
