Oh Jesus-- I thought leaving the mall for a few days would mean that I wouldn't have to be witness to parental neglect that borders on abuse, but;
Lady! This is Iceland. It is freezing outside this morning. I'm sitting nice to an espresso machine that pumps out a lot of heat and I'm still chilly. Are you seriously leaving your baby outside in its carriage whilst you enjoy a latte and read the paper? You've been in here almost twenty minutes now and you've only gone outside once. As we speak, I'm on the verge of calling child services. Just... wow.
