OMG that was perfect! meus_venator needs to have more birthdays if that is what it takes to get you insipid to write awesome fillets like this. The way you had Sam figuring out something that was hidden from him but not really a secret and the way Dean evades like it is no big deal... Don't all big brothers give up their favorite things for the betterment of their family? Just awesome. Sam takes these things so deeply.

I thought this was so lovely. And given how WRONG the writers have gotten Sam this season, so refreshing. And he was just a little boy. How would he know to think that way. And Dean, Dean just expecting it and not minding. Lovely little moments in time.
