\Parker/ \Eliot/ \Hardison/

So here's the thing about Leverage. I REALLY love every character on the show, but when it comes down to it, I would watch the HELL out of the Parker/Eliot/Hardison show if that were offered. So for today's 14valentines's recs, I'm attempting to do Parker-centric stories. Which for me really winds up being stories involving Parker with Eliot and Hardison for the most part. But I TRIED! :-D? (For Day 3: Health)

The New York ComicCon Con by epeeblade (gen, G)
"My character is a giant bull. It makes sense. Shut up!" Hardison bit back. He turned towards the kid. "Anarky?"

"You're taller than I expected."

"And you're just a little bit shorter."

Sure it was funny at first, Hardison chatting with a little kid on the internet. But when he thought about it, it really pissed Elliot off. "Hey kid, anyone ever tell you not to talk to strange men on the computer?"

Spring force by dotfic (gen, PG)
Parker had it all worked out in her head, saw it as a truth always visible no matter how twisty things looked between here and there: to keep grown-ups from pushing her around, she needed money. Freedom to live where she wanted, come and go as she wanted, where no one could take from her what she didn't want to give away.

Eggs for Ducks by shamusandstone (gen, G)
“Egg salad.”

“Egg?” Parker sounded horrified.

“You don't like it?”

“I'm supposed to sneak past a half-dozen armed guards in about eight hours, remember? You can't feed me egg salad before a job like that.”

The Aftermath Job by cinaed (gen, PG)
Nate needed a drink. In fact, he needed several drinks. His hand ached, fingers curling instinctively around an ice-cold glass that existed only in his imagination. He curled his fingers into a fist instead, and tapped the table in front of him, ignoring the dust that filled the air and made Parker sneeze. "So," he said, the word scraping its way through his parched throat and past cracked lips that tasted of dirt and blood. "How many of you have been involved in natural disasters?"

It's All So Clear to Me Now by fools-game (gen, PG)
Hardison bought her a little watering can. It was a joke - or at least she thought it was a joke - but she used it anyway, because she liked the sound it made, like rain.

She liked the plant, because it was hers, because she’d bought it when it was just a few green shoots in a pot of dirt and now it was glossy green and spilling over the sides of the pot and about to bloom, because she watered it and took care of it and kept it in the sun.

The Chainsaw Job by annerbhp (Hardison/Parker, PG)
Parker shrugs, her head tilting to one side, the flames reflecting in her eyes. “Hardison made me watch all three Resident Evils. A lot.”

Her face twists then, a sort of confusion there that is painful to see and Eliot wonders if she’s worried about Hardison in light of the sudden appearance of zombies and maybe her mind just doesn’t know how to properly process that sort of actual human emotion.

But then her face smooths out and she swings the axe up on her shoulder, looking eager. “Are there more?”

Petty Larceny by dotfic (gen, PG)
She grinned and shrugged. "I'm hungry." Then she frowned. "And I'm bored."

Alec felt the sweat on the back of his neck go all cold. Bored Parker never ended well. "I guess we could go eat," he said slowly, running through the possibly ways that going to eat might be a bad idea. He couldn't think of any.

Uncharted Territory by cjmarlowe (Hardison/Parker, NC-17)
"I don't do lists," said Parker, yanking it back down again. "We have a list?"

"I have a list," said Hardison. "I have a list of things I'd like to do with you."

"Can I see the list?"

"No," he said. "No, you may not see the list, it's my list--"

"How am I supposed to do the things on the list if I can't see the list?"

Courtship by longsufferingly (Hardison/Parker, PG-13)
No one ever gave her flowers.

No one ever asked her to prom.

She wonders if he went to prom.

She wonders what kind of girls he gave flowers to. How often he does this.

She finds herself wanting to know things.

Lights Off by circadienne (Hardison/Parker, adult)
“Then -” Alec stops, waits to see if she’s going to explain, isn’t really surprised when she doesn’t. “Why are you here, exactly?”

There is a long, long pause, and he’s watching her but he’s also trying to remember where he put his jeans. If it’s taking her this long to spit it out, it’s going to take him even longer to fix it, and for that? He wants pants. He deserves pants.

The Vacation Job by
marina (Hardison/Parker/Eliot, NC-17)
Mostly, Parker hated vacations. Or rather, what most people usually called a vacation - sitting around doing nothing, lounging on a beach or at a restaurant, or giving away stacks of their money to people they didn't know for no reason Parker could make sense of. But lately vacations had had more of an appeal.

The Juggling And Other Stuff Job by
helensfic (Hardison/Parker/Eliot, NC-17, pegging)
Parker has never been in a, you know, whatever, thing, with two boys before. It turns out to be full of hotness and fun and a lot of cheerful wrestling, which she likes a lot, but has also given her ideas that mean she needs more equipment, which she finds a little irksome until the package from Babeland.com turns up in the mail.

Not Looking for Sweet Talk by
kanata (Hardison/Parker/Eliot, R)
He starts noticing things after that, like when they're at McDonald's and she offers to pay for his meal. And then pulls out his chair for him. Or the way they always seem to be standing close enough for their arms to brush together, or how she shows up unannounced with a pile of DVDs on nights when they don't have a job going. And sometimes when they do.

That doesn't really make the sex any less of a surprise when it comes, though.

It's a Long Way to Zanzibar by facetofcathy (Hardison/Parker/Eliot, R)
"Fine I will. Hey-where are we going anyway?"

"The Grand Canyon," Parker said, and Eliot looked over, and then looked again. Whatever she was knitting was suddenly a lot longer and not just green.

Hardison just shrugged and punched a few more keys on his laptop.

Escapology by pogrebin (Hardison/Parker/Eliot, PG-13)
Parker knows she's a ruin, a broken thing, but she never ever felt sorry for herself until she met Nate. She slides through windows and doorways, she appears like a phantasm and carries her escape strategy under her clothes. Parker’s always planning to be somewhere else at the time, but lit by the reflected glow of Hardison’s projector she feels suddenly solid. Weighted down and heavy, skin full of flesh, and when Hardison brushes her arm she feels for the first time truly confined by her body.

So she pretends. She lies. She shifts her body out of the reach of his fingers and angles away from his gaze; it’s not hard, she’s had a lifetime’s practice.
