They are coming; or rather, they have come. The most demanding species of shopper has entered into my life, come on the dreariest of weather days to demand products that are out of distribution; of course the failure to keep obscure movie titles in stock was my fault because everyone is interested in titles befitting the early days of the Sci-Fi Channel and/or the stellar original productions of Lifetime. Perhaps this anger was due to the stock of magazines and newspapers featuring Obama that sold out before noon, thus further annoying the already annoyed customer; no, this is wrong, considering the customer base is from the Congressional District that voted for nutso-cuckoo Michele Bachmann who I imagine will never be invited to the White House. Yes, these people were annoyed, even angered, by the elections that may or may not have Norm Coleman losing to the Comedian after the former Democrat suffered losses to the Wrestler when he wanted to be Governor. Anyway, I predict Holiday Shoppers to be at their worse this Season as they were in another time of economic turmoil: 2001.
