A rant/update relating to deancasbigbang and the spn_gabriel_sam exchange.
So, I ended up scrapping my original deancasbigbang story and starting another one. And by starting another one, I mean I have spent the last three days researching and planning and plotting my new Big Bang.
My main frustration is: it turns out, the internet doesn't believe in researching codeine and I should go to rehab and pray to Jesus for forgiveness for even asking about it. Can you say, “um, no?” One I’m not an addict, I’m an author and two, how would Jesus help me? But that’s a story/debate/argument for another day. I just wish NaNoWriMo was still going on so I can ask all the helpful people on the forums. I would be dead and very confused if Anthony hadn’t helped me with the math.
The fact I spent almost six hours researching codeine addictions and withdrawals is all you’re getting out of me about my Big Bang, by the way (if any of you were even curious). Well, that and it has Dean/Castiel and Sam/Gabriel (Yay Team Free Love!). With how much effort I’ve spent on this gorram fic I want it to be an epic surprise when it’s finally posted. Key word? Epic. This fic is going to be long.
Got my assignment for the spn_gabriel_sam fic exchange and I’m not a happy camper. I have no idea what to do on that front. I’ll think of something, I’m sure. Even if I wait until the day before it’s due, I should still be able to chug out 3K in no time. I wrote Part Six (A &B) of my Bad Things verse in one day, and that was 8K and I wrote 13K for my NaNoWriMo in one day. Rest assured, secret recepiant, I will not fail you!
Long story short, no offense to anybody, but don't expect any fics from my anytime soon. This Big Bang has taken over my life, NGL.
Also, I’ve added two little word count trackers on my sidebar. They make me happy, even though they’re both at 0% completion.
