It's..hard to not get used to it after awhile.

It still hurts me when someone dies, but..at least they'll be ok the next day, but that isn't even cer--.. Sorry, I shouldn't be so negative.

The only thing that is certain is uncertainty. It's painful to see so many people suffer through the pain of death, or resort to violence.

But... the fact they'll be okay tomorrow means that there is some way to a bright future or a new start.

I don't really like violence, either, but I won't hesitate to take up my bat to protect someone dear to me.

That's..A really wonderful way to look at it.

I'll admit I agree. To protect someone dear, but not at the cost of another life.

Well I'd like to think that thinking positively keeps my hopes up.

I don't think I could kill anyone, even if I..well, wasn't me.

It will, but just try not to be the only one doing it. A group hug is warmer than a hug between two people, if that makes sense.

I don't think I could either. If I did...I couldn't live with myself.

It makes perfect sense! I really hope that I am not the only one who is trying to look on the positive side of things. Optimism is dying.

Tell me about it.

You aren't, I am too. Y'know.. About this time last year, well, a few months from now, I held a cookout for the city. Maybe it's about time we do it again?

I'm glad to hear that! And what an excellent idea. I think it would do this city good to get together.
