It is now 2:43 in the AM, and about 30 min ago I witnessed yet another car break-in in my complex. This is the 3rd, yes 3rd, one in about 3 weeks, maybe less. This will mark the second time I've actually seen the guys. This time, i called the cops. A single officer came out about 15 min after i made the call. By this time, dudes were long gone. I'm just hoping that, if these are the same guys coming back over and over, police presence will scare them off. I feel very unsafe. Not to mention, this time and the last, the cars that were broken into were right next to mine. I must move. And soon.
