Dammit, you know most of that because we've talked about it so much! Or I've written it in fics for you! Argh, I'll see what I can scrounge up that's new.
Vergil is actually very easily bored. The things he uses to entertain himself just aren't loud and flashy.
Sometimes he wonders what it would be like if Dante was the older one.
He hated Arkham and was really looking forward to when he could get rid of him.
Otacon loves Gundam the best. He prefers the original universe because Char is badass but watches the new stuff just the same.
Most of the time when he's hard at work on the computer? Minesweeper. It's not that he's not working, but he needs to think and that's the best way to do it!
He often forgets to shave. No one ever really notices, and part of him wonders if the lack of a five 'o clock shadow makes him less of a man.
Ichigo is very aware of his image at school and is concerned about protecting it. He works a delicate balancing act between pulling good grades and being a disaffected punk, and it really takes a lot of energy.
He has no concrete career plans. Part of him suspects he won't have time for work, and he's pretty much fine with that.
In a Sims 2 framework, Ichigo's aspiration is "Family". He wants children and pets and a house and everything that comes with it. How he gets there doesn't have to be the normal way, and he's pretty sure it won't be.
Ocelot's favorite word in the English language is "fuck". Not necessarily for the shock value, but because it can be used as every part of speech and he thinks that's marvelous.
Sometimes he wonders what if would have been like to actually know his mother.
One of the reasons he likes westerns is that the good guy and the bad guy aren't often up to interpretation. That, and the good guy doesn't always win.

Apollo is completely unaware of the double entendre in "Here comes Justice".
He played the trumpet for a while in middle school band. He wasn't that good at it. He's not tone-deaf or anything, but it just wasn't his thing.
If anyone but Trucy called him Polly, they would get a good punch in the face. He can't hit her, so she gets away with it.
