I watched La Vie en Rose today. It was quite depressing. I can see why the Academy chose Marion Cotillard as best actress though. I mean, if you saw her at the awards show, she was beautiful and looked like a mermaid. I don't know how she so completely transformed herself into the character.
The movie itself was hard to follow because I was busy reading the subtitles. French is not that romantic of a language. It doesn't sound nice to me lol. I don't know, just one girl's opinion I suppose. I'm sure I would change my mind if there were a cute French boy involved :)
