Day two of the new semester. It was pretty uneventful. I'm hoping I'll be able to continue keeping up with this whole new schedule I've set up for myself. Today was slightly depressing. Schedules make me depressed. Just the thought of having to do the same thing over and over everyday makes me sad. I think my future job will have to be one where something exciting (or at least different and mildly interesting) happens everyday.
School was just blahhhh. Drain was definitely not as bad as he led me to believe on the first day. He was just slightly intimidating. He was telling us about many interesting things. I can't believe he gave us a fat book though -__-" I'm paying attention in most of my classes and not falling asleep :D
Afterschool I've been keeping with my schedule. Get home, change, work out, shower, optional nap, homework, dinner, homework and/or tv, homework, sleep. It's working out so far...I have my first quiz of the semester tomorrow. Booooo!
I was watching the news and they showed a part that was talking about the war in Iraq. It's just so depressing. I got all philosophical and teary-eyed. Weird, I've been quite moody lately. How did we let it get to this? If we step back and look at the situation as a whole, it's just so ridiculous. This is so not me, talking about this. I might be the least political person ever. There's jsut a certain point where everyone needs to be aware.
Prison Break. To be honest, I took a nap and didn't wake up in time for the whole episode. I caught the last half, where supposedly all the interesting things happened anyways. Seriously, Mahone is too smart for his own good. I was slightly happy when he was thought to be dead. I haven't liked him ever since he was introduced to the show and it totally killed it when he murdered my favorite character, Tweener :( I like that they're bringing Sarah back into the mix, I don't think she'll like working with Kellerman though :X
24 was ok. I mean of course it wasn't going to be as exciting as a nuclear bomb going off, but what can you say. I'm still loving the show. Jack's family is beyond dysfunctional. It's just really ironic that he's like the national hero and his family is the complete opposite of him. His brother is such a dirtbag. Sinking so low as to mention Teri. Also, what's up with Nadia. They're making it pretty obvious that she might be a mole. I wonder where that'll lead us. What else...yeah basically still hating Wayne P. as prez. Booo for him! David P. all the way :D
House was sorta weird. It was a different kind of episode that they usually do. Instead of having an exciting case where someone collapses, they had a more heartfelt and deep episode that taught us more about House. I'm not completely sure I liked it. I think it was sort of obvious that House's dad abused him. You could tell from that episode in season 2 where his parents came to visit. What was up with the suffering bum guy? Maybe I missed the deeper meaning or something, but it was sort of stupid...
Heroes was extremely interesting! They finally introduced a few new characters. This invisible guy is going to be a really important character, I can just tell! :D I think Nathan is really ignorant and needs to accept his power. Knowing him, that'll take a while. And LOL what's up with Hiro's dad being the dude from Star Trek?! HAHAHHA. I thought that was really funny. Do you think Nikki will really be able to get rid of Jessica? That psychologist was just asking to get her ass kicked man. Also, probably the most interesting part of the nights episode was Claire finding that her biological mom was still alive. I was reading PITNB and he had a really good point. He thought that the mom was a firestarter! That makes sense! Claire obviously couldn't die, and if her mom was the firestarter, then she wouldn't have died either. OH MAN! Hahaha, and uhh, how cute is Micah and is theiving skills?!
