Life is too short for bad anime
Just finished the Black Lagoon series. Roberta IS AWESOME!!! I didn't really understand the ending, all the deep talks between Revy and Rock and others about being alive or dead and everything else. But the show is really badass.
I have been into shows like Black Lagoon recently, like warfare, crime syndicates, guns etc. I'm watching Jormungand now and it's one of the on-going shows which release I most anticipate every week. I used to anticipate all the other on-going shows I'm following but these days their content isn't too exciting eg Kimi to Boku 2, Kuroko no Basket, Tsuritama, Zetman and Hyouka. Fate/zero 2 is awesome but it's quite a somber show so I don't always watch it right after it's released. Sakamichi no Apollon was great until it became romance-centric and I really don't like the genre romance; I also stupidly went to spoil myself by reading the manga. Another show I always look forward to is Hunter x Hunter, though I suspect the older version of it is better. Maybe I would get sick of waiting for weekly release and marathon the old one.
After Black Lagoon I'm thinking of either finishing off shows with similar themes that I have stopped eg Canaan or continuing with some classic shows that I have been wanting to finish but have not yet to eg Cowboy Bebop.
We'll see. I'm such an otaku.
