Yeah, it comes right between Conception Bay and Placentia Bay. ;P moonbeamsfanfic April 26 2010, 03:39:35 UTC
So, did I understand right that twins and triplets can still produce viable offspring with each other as long they didn't originate as a single spark which split? Like, they were conceived at the same time but carried in different Matters? Huh. Does that mean they don't have to find mates outside the trine to breed if they don't want to?

Sorry about the questions. I love Glitterblind, I do. But my poor little mind sometimes has difficulty parsing out what she's saying, especially with the longer sentences. (Don't worry. I have the same trouble with Yoda, so I know it's just me. ::rueful::)

Okay, well! Other than my mental deficiencies to understand what the heck is going on though, I did like the fic! The idea of sparklings play dates is adorable, and makes a lot of sense for such sociable creatures. Although I really feel for whoever gets assigned as their poor, about-to-be-overrun babysitters! *eg*

Uh, no. It's the opposite actually. Twins and triplets are still related, so there's not enough differences between their spark patterns to produce a newspark. What was actually said was that split-sparks are usually weaker/more unstable and that made it more dangerous for them to carry newsparks themselves. Which means that twins/triplets/split sparks need to find other mates/lovers to breed with.

Nah, it's fine. As long as it's not complete gibberish I figure I'm doing all right. XP

Glad to hear you liked it even if it was confusing. ♥

Awwwwww. It makes my little anthropological academic brain happy to see you writing about the potential problems and consequences of 'too much of a good thing.' It's like with that Daybreakers movie, where the writer actually thought about what would happen if everyone was a vampire.

And, on a side-note, I clicked on your Sunegg, and nearly died to read that one of it's creators was of Tyger Pax. Makes my geeky little heart sing. (and makes me ponder even harder on what to name my lot)

Yep, make sure that the solution to your problem does not cause a biggger problem. Vicious circles and all that.

Cute, innit? coriopsis has some pretty nifty names for her dragons. I named most of mine after tarot cards, then stretched the imagery as far as I could.

I love Glitterbind. I'm starting to understand her dialogue without having to read over it several times. It's fun. And I love how cheerful she is about tormenting Starscream--and admits it, even. She is adorable and deserves many hugs.

Play-flocks! Seeker babies having play dates? Cutest thing ever.

Glitterblind is a lot of fun. I know I'm writing her lines right when Word puts a green line under the end of the sentence. XD Glitterblind is one of those sparkly happy people who you can't really believe exist.

Very much cute. ♥

Glitterbend's manner of talking can be tricky to follow.

I can't help but think the Autobots are going to be in for some interesting times when they get to see more of Vos - whole flocks of sparkling Seekers! (Of course, I don't doubt the Seekers would be wary of letting them see any of the sparklings to start with - given history.)

It can be, which is why I try to limit the number of times she shows up.

The Autobot's are going to go through a very confused period before they start to understand what's going on.
