Oh Gee...

Jul 05, 2005 14:17

I came to blog because I've been experiencing withdrawal symptoms...

When did blogging ever become such an addiction?

Spent the weekend getting completely high on an explosive combination of stress (about my German test), excitement and just general happiness. And mixed into this was Wimbledon, which rocked and the Live 8 concert which was brilliant. I can't believe I missed U2 and Pink Floyd! Hope VH1 telecasts it again!

My grandpa is here so I've been indulging in very serious, literary and intellectual conversations with him. He's a really cool grandpa, although he does tend to lecture on as well, especially if I do stuff which he disapproves of.

My great grandmother know seven languages and she studied till 3rd standard! English, Hindi, Tamil, Malyalam, Marathi, Telegu and Sanskrit. She could actually tell us the meanings of the shlokas we recite. Which vadiyar you know has ever done such a thing?

And she's the one languishing in bed, having lost all her memory. She thinks that her son, my grandfather, is her father!

Every family has a story. I'm suddenly consumed with the desire to find them out. Tell me yours?

INFP - the Healer
Your Type is 40% Extroverted, 12% Observant, 43% Logical and 12% Structured

You are more introverted than extroverted. You are more intuitive than observant, you are more feeling based than thinking based, and you prefer to go with the flow rather than having a plan. Your type can best be summarized by the word "Healer", which belongs to the larger group of idealists. You have a capacity for caring that is deeper than most. You strive for unity, are fascinated by the battles between good and evil, and can be something of an idealist. Only 1% of the population shares your type.
As a romantic partner, you are usually supprtive and nuturing, however, you have a high need for individuality. Harmony is extremely important to you as you are very affected by conflict and tension, which also makes you resist confronting your partner directly about problems. When you get angry, you usually blame yourself, rather than your partner. You can also be stubborn and unyielding when you feel you are being criticized or mistreated. You feel the most appreciated when your partner listens to you carefully. You need to be understood. You need to hear your partner express their feelings, the more often, the better.
