*Zoro follows his lead, lifting his refilled glass with a nod of thanks and trying not to let the man's smile do anything to him. But it does do something to him, he knows, as much as he doesn't want it to. He looks away and drinks, hoping nothing showed on his face.*

[Wait, why is here drinking with me when Luffy was excited to be all over him. If I were Luffy, I'd want to take Zoro somewhere private where we could... Where we could, what? Shit. You're not Luffy so stop thinking about Zoro like he's something you could ever have.]
[Is Zoro not happy in the relationship? Do Not be happy by that thought.]
"I guess I was to distracted to notice? What's going on? The Captain taking things to lightly, getting to you or something?"
[I mean hell, I just figured out they were together an hour ago! How the hell am I supposed to know there's something troubling going on between them.]
"You said something was wrong in paradise, marimo, remember? Since Luffy looked so happy hanging off you...I'm trying to figure out what the hell is wrong. Those kinds of relationships with men is something I don't know a whole lot about, so it would help if you talk to me and explain. What did Luffy do to upset you?"
*He says in suprised disbelief that melts into a relieved smile.*
[Good.]
"I had just been wondering if relationships between nakama would work. I'm sure you and the rubber ball could since you're both so [loyal/dedicated] simular.I don't know if it could work for anyone else."
*Zoro's amusement fades at that, one of the very thing he's been trying not to think about.*
"Hm."
*He hums noncommittally and drinks. Decides he can get away with not answering, since Sanji didn't directly ask for his opinion on the subject.*
"What made you wonder about that?"
*He's not sure what makes him ask that. If it's the same thing that's got him not-wondering about it...there's no way the cook is going to tell him that. And if it isn't...he doesn't think...he wants to know.*
*Sanji swirls the liquid in his glass, no longer feeling the urge to lose his thoughts in the alcholoic haze. He turns to Zoro and gives a sweet smile.*
"You, actually."
[But I don't have to admit the real reason.]
"You know, I've known from the begining that nothing would happen with Nami-san or Robin-Chan. So I never thought about crew dynamics if we got together with someone on the crew. Knowing the ladies held no interest for you...that made me wonder. You seem like you'd want something serious so whoever you got together with would be after our travels or on the crew. Viola. Is getting together with someone on the crew a good idea?"
*Zoro was pretty sure his heart stopped beating at first, when Sanji looked at him with that smile and said--
But as the cook continues speaking, it slowly resumes and his fingers curl tightly around his glass as he looks away.
He's been too busy trying to keep this question off his mind, he doesn't know how to answer. Doesn't know if this attraction to the cook...is something that completely changes the way he used to think. Or if he just wants to fuck the guy and that's all.
That's probably it.*
[Probably isn't.]
*He frowns, realizes he's been silent too long.*
"I don't know what I'd want." *He admits quietly, then clears his throat, speaks at a normal volume.* "But being with someone in the crew would probably be difficult. So it'd better be worth it."
[If only I could kiss him and touch him and experience him as a man before I had to decide if I could handle something more serious. If I have actual feelings past the physical attraction.]
"You got that right."
[But if Luffy wasn't in that dream he had...then we're back to thinking there's a good chance he's attracted to me too. I can't just act on it! What about what Robin-chan said!?]
[ooc: were you still going to have someone talk to Zoro or do you want Sanji to start letting some clues slip?]
[ooc: ah...i might not now. since that scenario was gonna involve...a tavern...and alcohol....XDD i might do something later maybe but yeah, clues, sure, whatever you liiike~]
*Zoro nods. He says nothing and works on pushing the idea of being with Sanji out of his head. For now, at least. He knows, can admit to himself, that it's probably not going away for good. And he'll have to think about it. About what it means. But he can't do that with the cook beside him. Any conclusion he would reach would be horribly biased because...
He glances at him as he brings his glass to his mouth, takes a drink. The hair falling in front of that one eye. The way his skin looks in this light. The other eye. His fingers. His lips.
[Dammit. Dammitdammitdammit.]

*Sanji's cheeks pinken a bit and he takes a sip.*
"So what's bugging you? Trouble in paradise?"
Reply
"Paradise? Are we living on the same ship?"

[What the hell is with the sudden interest in me and Luffy?]
*He looks at him, utterly confused.*
"What are you talking about?"

*Zoro stares at him for a minute. Then he snorts. Then he snickers. Then laughs, loudly, in surprised, confused amusement.*
"I don't know where you got that from..." *He speaks in between chuckles.* "But I am not in a relationship with Luffy."

"So if not the captain, you're single then? No secret affairs with Usopp, I need to worry about?"

"Any steady boyfriends from back then? I bet you were popular. Quite the catch."
[Quite the catch. Wait- did I say that out loud?]
*Sanji frowns as he can't recall and pushes the glass away.*
[This will get dangerous fast, I need to sober up some.]
*He peaks over at Zoro and begins to puruse the flip bar menu.*
