scientology
so i took a free scientology personality quiz, and according to the graph of my person, i'm extremely depressed, unappreciative of life, nervous, unstable, overly-critical, mildly uncertain, and mildly irresponsible, and i must seek a drastic change in my lifestyle immediately! ...for a nominal fee, of course.
jennifer and i had our one year anniversary this past tuesday, and it was really nice. i took her to outback steakhouse, where we took such advantage of the opportunity to eat real food, that our bowels panicked an hour later and evacuated. i love her so! she also made me a mix cd of songs that remind her of me ;o)
thomas came up the preceding weekend, and we really didn't do much of anything, mostly just video games. we did take him out to a movie on friday, wedding crashers, and out to dinner and brunch. he enjoyed plenty of freedom in a room by himself while i worked, with all of the video games, junkfood, and computer time he could handle.
when my parents came to pick him up on sunday, they brought with them a puppy! mind you, this may not seem very exciting to you, but my mom hasn't let us have a dog since sandy died in 1995, and my dad has always wanted one. the puppy looks strangely similar to my old dog too, a black lab with a white line on its chest. the only difference is the white glove markings on the new puppy.
school's going pretty well, i had to all but quit my dining hall job though, because it was beginning to compromise my studies. so i picked up another calling job, that pays more, so all of those hours won't be necessary.
