Today in English, Mr Mackay told us how he had to go to his son's school for the second time this year to talk with a teacher, becuase his son was being verbally abused and teased. The reason? Becuase his son is a dual citizen of canada and the US. Which brought up our homework assignment, which was to answer the folling question..
We refrain, as a rule, from making fun of blacks, Jews, aborigional people, and all other visual minorities. So why is it acceptable to bash Americans?
I would like to hear your viewpoints on that...
(And I'm not just looking for someone to do my homework, I've finished it =P)
And don't bother if you're going to just make an ignorant comment (Such as.. It's okay becuase they're all ignorant!!)
