Names are important, Eddie will admit. He sees the reason that the others hide their identity. He doesn't even mind that he doesn't know their real names. He just doesn't see the reason that they think he needs a super-hero name. They've even acknowledged that it's kinda silly, because he can't pass himself off as human. He's stopped bothering and has moved on to slowly, so very slowly getting so that people don't freak out at the sight of him.
It doesn't stop them from calling him Devil or Kid Devil, or at times Red Devil, the latter not often though because it sometimes gets confusing with Red Robin there. After a few months he's started to think that it's because it's easier for them to go by that than his real name. He's gotten used to going by it, though he's not quite happy with it. It makes them happy and that's what matters.
