I just talked to a guy who sounded like Truman Capote.
I had to call into UHC for a question about a claim. (Conclusion: He said it's still being processed and the HRA will pay for it, so we'll see... I'm still kind of...not firm on one or two things, but I can talk with Debra about those when I get back in to work.)
I kept thinking his voice reminded me of something, but I couldn't process it...and then it hit me. More like Philip Seymour Hoffman's take on Capote, but it's still damned close.
I still like the idea of the HRA...but we'll see how well it works in practice.
