Y'know, every once in a while all that talk about "diet and exercise" is proven right. xD

For...I don't know, a couple months, with wavering dedication, I've been attempting to lose weight/exercise more, and it's actually really starting to pay off. :O I'm actually not overweight, but trust me when I say I could use exercise; however losing weight's a personal decision on my own part. I don't hate my body, I just think it could be healthier and look better, so.

It's probably not a noticeable change to anyone other than myself (?) but I've got a fair bit more muscle in my arms and legs (and stomach, actually) since starting out. As far as my legs go, they haven't gotten very much thinner, per se, (not to say that they haven't at all) but the shape's changed and they're harder to the touch, which means the exercise is paying off; though I could already tell that by how much easier it is now to go for the same length of walk/jog/rock climb as it was compared to before I'd really started. xD ...And at the risk of just going on about the arguably vain-sounding qualitatives, I've lost about eight pounds in the past two weeks, to give some sort of idea. Granted my weight fluctuates with my mood, to a certain point, as I'm guilty of the cliched depressed eating to "feel less empty", so not being as horrendously depressed has helped quite a bit, both with motivation and with my dietary habits. xD;

Kinda random, but it's been a pretty personal "battle" for a while, and I felt like sharing.

ohai exercise doesn't suck too hard, curse you and your music sarah!, shouldn't i be doing homework?
