Random update! Getcher random update!
I'm heading out for work in about 10 minutes so I decided to use this time to just write a little. I'm sleepy as hell. I really just want to crawl under the covers with Rhett, even if he's watching crappy cartoons. Wait... I just turned my head. He's not watching cartoons. He's watching something much more disturbing than that. It looks like.. live action teletubbies? Is there such a thing? Oh man, if I was much much less sober I'd stay and watch with him.
Channel 21 has the best and oddest shows, I've recently realized. Last night we were flipping around and happened upon some Brit com involving a superhero named ThermalMan, his super baby, and his normal Earth wife. Also, of course, a wacky troupe of characters to round it out. My favorite bit was when ThermalMan painted his mother-in-law's hose purple with yellow spots in spite. Spiteful superheroes with decorating vengeance rock. Clearly.
It's inventory time at work. What this generally means is that when I close my eyes at home I still hear the beep beep beeping of the RF guns reading sku's. It also means I've gobbled up a hell of a lot of dust so I'm feeling craptacular.
Rhett just this very moment: "Oh, it's in English!" And then he giggled. "Mrs. Lady!"
Just a note for those that care: Rhett's shoulder is so comfy. So is his chest. I want to lay my head down right there and fall asleep forever. That's where I'm at right now, though not really as I'm leaving for work in about 2 minutes.
Oh, I forgot to mention the best moment of the past few days -- my father asked me when Rhett and I are getting married. He wanted to discuss my future. Isn't that swell?
Well, I'd tell you to blame the lack of cohesiveness in this entry to how sleepy and sick I feel but honestly, all my posts lack cohesiveness.
Also, I miss my Jeff and Rosie. Fuck you both for living in that hodickey town of crap. Come home already. =P
