Art Post!
Inked with a fine point sharpie and an .05 pilot gel pen. Colored in GIMP. This goes beyond the original understanding of the expected commission, mostly due to my personal interest in taking the sketch and wrangling it into something more. This picture is for a friend, but in a way, I'd like to think of it as something for me, too.
It's just plain silly.
In other news, yesterday was 24 Hour Comic Day. I woke up midmorning and got off to a horrible start; after Dave left the apartment, I sort of lost my motivation and gave up after four poorly scribbled pages. My attempt to participate this year is much better than my not participating at all last year; even though I failed, I'd like to think that -next- year, I'll do even better. Who knows? Mayhap I'll even get around to finishing my four page scribble-mess just for the hell of it.
