Oh, I love little Jim! He's brilliant and wonderful and such a realistic child...why, it's almost as if the writer had personal experience working with bright children. Little Bones!dog is wonderful, as is boy!Bones, being so reassuring and working so hard to win Jim's trust when he's confused himself. This is going to be epic, bb!

Yeah, that little Jim has been heavily inspired by a little soul I see on a regular basis (as well as adult Jim, natch). Glad you like it so far - hope it continues to be interesting - I can't wait to hear what you think of the 'gen' elements if you can spot them among all the nc-17, lol

He's bright, charming, and so full of wonder despite being wise to some of evils in the world. That's a beautiful summation of his character, bb - love it, thank you! I hope you enjoy the rest of the fic as much!

Oh this is going to be cool! I love the idea of Bones coming back to help Jim out, looking out for him and teaching him. It must be heartbreaking to know what's coming and not be able to change it, but I know he would at least want to help. Plus, very creative origin for the name Bones!
