A/N - My first piece of fanart ever. Smoochy Jim and Bones on shore leave or something… My scanner isn’t working but I’ll replace this image with a high-res version soon enough. Forgive the pin-heads. I promise to get better!

This is really lovely, sangue! Your proportions, perspective, and poses are excellent and realistic, and really convey their emotional closeness. There's a great sense that these are real, manly bodies with weight and give, not just free-floating mannequins ( ... )

Oh, bb, thank you so much for taking the time to make such a detailed and lovely comment.I know I have a lot to learn but I'm thrilled I managed to pull off my first piece of fanart!

I'm going to take all your critque on board and make the next one even better - you spotted I'm a hell of a novice but these guys are worth the effort, aren't they? I won't touch this one because I'm worried I'll spoil it but I'll gen up on proportions and such for my next one. This was more of an experiment, you see, I had no idea what the end result would be but, boy - did I ever enjoy myself!

Thanks again for your support!

Just so you know, I took your advice and re-uploaded the image - the shoulder socket is still dodgy, but I've moved on now...thanks for your help!
