PS Um, I don't know about lists, but comms which I read fic in - firstly dwfiction which is paired with the archive A Teaspoon and an Open Mind, time_and_chips a 9th Doctor/Rose comm, new_who New fen friendly, sorfofyeah the same. new_who seems to have the higher frequency of posts. Both are miles less wanky than doctorwho. Hope that helps!
