Real game
Yesterday's match between Real Madrid and Mallorca was just amazing! Real needed a win to clinch the title with Barcelona and Sevilla right on their tails. Usually it's a two-horse race. It is very rare to see something this close where three teams stand a chance at becoming champs depending on the last game of the season.
Dramas aplenty.. Real went down a goal in the first half while Barca were trashing their opponents at Nou Estadi. Then they really brought the game to Mallorca and went with the everyone attack, ask questions later tactic with much passion. They really wanted the win.. and when Reyes' sweet strike came for the third goal, it was all but confirmed that they've become champions of La Liga. The scenes in the stadium was magical, the roar of the spectators deafening, even Tom Cruise was enjoying himself..
I can't believe they managed to pip it at the end. Sorry Barca.. Sayonara Becham & Roberto Carlos..
