Milan Ike!
Here's hoping Milan will win the final tonight. It's funny.. I'm feeling nervous as though I'm the one who's going to be playing ^^
It'll be a good sendoff for captain Paolo Maldini before his retirement. I'm worried because I just had a bout of dejavu. The same thing was said right before Italy's Euro 2000 final and the last Milan Liverpool final... both of which the teams let le ole captain down after getting an early lead.
I think Milan's got the stronger first team but Liverpool have the stronger squad. They have more to choose from from the subs bench compared to Milan's aging heroes. Both teams wiser than 2 years ago. Here's hoping Milan's wise enough not to 1. repeat the feat of losing after taking a 3-0 lead 2. revert to cattenaccio when they start to lose confidence. Hate it when that happens..
Also hoping Gilardino and Pirlo wake up from their walking daydream. It's the final, men! *slap*
